At Auvergne Aero LLC, we strive to make your travel planning smooth and worry-free. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for our services, bookings, and travel packages.
1. General Policy
Refunds are processed in accordance with the policies of Auvergne Aero LLC and the third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).
Booking fees, administrative charges, and certain service costs may be non-refundable.
We recommend reviewing all booking confirmations and terms carefully before completing a reservation.
2. Cancellations by the Customer
Tours and Packages: If you cancel a booked tour or travel package, refunds will depend on the service provider’s cancellation policies. Some reservations may be fully refundable if canceled within a specific timeframe, while others may incur partial or full charges.
Flights & Hotels: Airline and hotel bookings are subject to the individual provider’s refund policies. Auvergne Aero LLC will assist you in requesting refunds but cannot guarantee provider compliance.
Administrative Fees: A service fee charged by Auvergne Aero LLC for planning, reservations, or custom itineraries may not be refundable.
3. Cancellations by Auvergne Aero LLC
Auvergne Aero LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify any booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, provider issues, or travel restrictions).
In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or alternative arrangements where possible.
4. Refund Process

Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Any partial refunds will clearly state which portions are refundable and which are not.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following may be non-refundable:
Custom travel planning fees or consultation charges.
Airline tickets marked as non-refundable by the airline.
Certain hotel reservations or special events with strict cancellation policies.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or other disruptions.
Travel insurance may cover refunds or reimbursements that Auvergne Aero LLC cannot provide.
